Location: Remote (India / US Hours) Night Shift 7.30 PM to 4.30 AM IST

Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Oracle Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition to lead talent acquisition efforts for our rapidly growing Oracle practice.

The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the Oracle ecosystem especially Oracle Cloud and demonstrate a strong ability to identify, attract, and onboard top-tier Oracle professionals across consulting, delivery, and architecture roles.

experienced Oracle/ERP Recruiter to help identify engage and onboard top Oracle Fusion EBS and ERP consultants for our clients.

need to have strong sourcing skills understands ERP project lifecycles and can manage full-cycle recruiting for both contract and full-time roles.

looking for candidates who has prior experience working with Oracle Platinum Partners

Responsibilities:

• Source screen and qualify candidates across Oracle modules (Finance SCM HCM PPM OTM Finance etc.).

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing client requirements.

• Coordinate interviews feedback and offer negotiations.

Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

Build and manage a pipeline of Oracle-skilled professionals including consultants, architects, developers, and project managers

Leverage industry networks, job boards, and social platforms to source passive and active candidates

Candidate Evaluation Screen and assess candidates for technical proficiency, functional expertise, and cultural fit Collaborate with panels to refine evaluation criteria for Oracle Cloud roles

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with delivery, sales, and leaders to ensure hiring aligns with demands and growth goals

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in hiring for various Oracle roles, especially in Oracle Cloud (SaaS, PaaS)

Strong understanding of Oracle modules and certifications

5+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in IT services or consulting

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools ( Recruiter, Dice)

Preferred Attributes :

Prior experience working in or with Oracle practice

Strong network within the Oracle talent ecosystem

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
