Honeypot Tool Developer — Fraud Investigation

Job description
We're a fraud investigation firm. We need a tool that captures maximum data from scammers who click a link.Here's exactly what happens:
The flow:
- We send a scammer a link
- They click it and see a fake website (crypto exchange, investment platform — we decide per case)
- The moment the page loads, silently in the background, we capture everything possible about them
- We get an alert and view the data in a dashboard
What the tool must do — broken into layers:
Layer 1 — Third-party services (API integration):

— device fingerprinting, persistent Visitor ID, VPN detection, bot filtering, suspect scoring. This identifies the device with 99.5% accuracy even across sessions, incognito mode, or cookie clearing.

MaxMind or — IP geolocation to neighbourhood/street level, ISP and carrier identification.
Layer 2 — Custom-built by you:

WebRTC leak detection — this is critical. tells us IF someone is on a VPN. WebRTC leak actually tries to unmask the real IP behind the VPN. These are two different things. We need both.

DNS leak detection — another method to reveal real IP behind VPN.

WiFi geolocation — if WebRTC leaks a BSSID (WiFi router MAC address), cross-reference it with WiGLE ) to get physical location of the building.

Full backend logging — every page visit, every click, every keystroke, every form input, all timestamped.

Fake frontend — realistic-looking website. We need the ability to spin up different sites for different cases (templates).

Admin dashboard — one place to view all captured data per visitor, across all honeypot sites. Filter by visitor, by site, by date.

Real-time alerts — email or Telegram notification when a target visits
Include:
IP, location, device summary.
Layer 3 — Passive data collection (no visitor interaction required):
Everything below must fire automatically on page load.
The visitor clicks nothing, allows nothing, sees nothing suspicious:
- IP address (direct)
- Real IP via WebRTC leak (if possible)
- Real IP via DNS leak (if possible)
- Timezone from browser
- Language/locale from browser
- Screen resolution
- Canvas fingerprint
- AudioContext fingerprint
- Clock skew analysis
- User agent / OS / browser version
- Installed plugins
- WiFi BSSID if accessible via WebRTC
Requirements:
- Multiple honeypot sites from one dashboard
- Each site can have a different look/template
- All data feeds into one central database
- Must deploy on
Kinsta or Python, PostgreSQL or MongoDB) - SSL included via Kinsta
Must have experience with:
- or similar fingerprinting APIs
- WebRTC leak techniques
- Building security/investigation tools
Nice to have:
- OSINT background
- BeEF or pen testing experience
Contract duration of less than 1 month.
