PURPOSEOF THE ROLEAdiligent player taking ownership of customer issues and ensuringthat all the problems are resolved effectively. Handling criticalescalations to higher management and Regulatory authorities. Needsto be a good communicator who can work under challengingenvironment.
JOBRESPONSIBILITIES

• Handlingescalations Regulatory queries and ensuring prompt turnaround
• Coordination with RTA for timely response tothe customers
• Monthly mailing activity forupdation of static data
• Monitoring servicequality by conducting sample check on RTA investorcorrespondence
• Liaising with internalstakeholders and follow up with external vendors on variousactivities
• Identifying processgaps/improvements to ensure customer excellence timely delivery ofresponse
• Assisting inAudit
• Supporting the branch/CC on escalationsand investordrafts.
