Ensurethe compliance under Ind AS Companies act Income taxSEBI FEMAetc.
Prepare the entity level variaceanalysis of P&L andBS.

Accountant:
records regular and closing entries for specified processesandanalyzes the relatedaccounts

Consolidation:
records monthly andquarterly consolidation adjustments and provides financial analysisof the performance for a specifiedscope.
Drivecontinuous improvement with theoperationsDrive the compliance to datastandards and enforcement of corporatepoliciesDeliver effective timelycommunication to the process ownerMultiplestake holder management acrossentitiesSupport the process change drivingcontinuous improvement through enhanced cost effectiveness and thepursuit of service excellenceQuerymanagement for support on specific customer queries not resolved atfirst pass in querymanagement
QualificationsExternalThe successfulcandidate should be able to demonstrate the following selectioncriteria:CA must (preferably with CWA andCS.57 years should have been involved withpreparation of Financialreporting.
Experience in Manufacturing set upis preferable.

Good hands on experience inSAPERP implementation experience (preferablySAP)Independently resolve queries ofauditors with multiple stakeholderWellversed with Indian TaxImplement accountingpolicies procedures and bestpracticesOverall reporting and valueaddition in terms on overall processimprovement.
