    Job Title: Business Development (Commercial Leasing – Office Space)

    Work Location: Bengaluru (On-Site)

    Salary: INR 25,000/- to INR 35,000/- per month + incentives + local conveyance

    Experience: 0 – 2 years

    As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our company. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, forge partnerships, and develop strategies to expand our market presence. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, sales expertise, and relationship-building skills.

    Brief Description of Duties:

    • Proactively hunt for target organizations (with ex-pat presence)/ business prospects through cold calls, referrals, market updates, and databases. Network with international corporates to develop client base.
    • Penetrate organizations via current clientele, and heads of HR & Admin/ decision-makers, irrespective of nationality of ex-pats. Understand how they can benefit from our group services.
    • Generate leads for multiple verticals. Set-up cross-selling meetings.
    • Implement business models to create new ventures. Lead negotiations and drive deal closures.
    • Significantly contribute to corporate brand strategy. Support other marketing efforts. Utilize social media to generate leads. Gain membership of industry/ business forums/ Chambers of Commerce. Strengthen rapport in key accounts/ ongoing assignments.
    • Contribute significantly to complex large pitches/ transactions and strategies. Reach out to leaders for support.
    • Design and present client proposals and contracts. Ensure required documentation is in place.
    • Handover clients with thorough briefings to account management teams/ representatives in each vertical and keep a check on services.

    Skills Required:

    • Enthusiastic and cheerful voice. High energy.
    • Brand ambassador with professional conduct and polished appearance.
    • Excellent communicator and good people skills. Demonstrated ability in customer service and negotiation.
    • Comfortable presenting services virtually.

    Additional Details:

    1. We prefer candidates with valid driving license and a two-wheeler.
    2. Working Days: 5.5 days (2nd, 4th Saturday & Sunday will be off).
    3. Candidate current location: Bengaluru - is must.
