    Artifex HR is looking to hire a Head - FICO Operations for one of their F & B Clients.

    POSITION DESCRIPTION

    As the Head – FICO Operations, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the brand and driving innovation in all product lines. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that our branches are running efficiently, delivering exceptional service, enhancing customers' dining experience and meeting financial targets. The Operations Head will report directly to the COO/CEO and will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of our restaurant operations.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    Operational Excellence:

    · Develop and execute the overall operational strategy to run the operations smoothly.

    · Oversee day-to-day operations, including production, quality control, and supply chain management, to optimize efficiency and productivity.

    · Collaborate with the management team to align operational goals with the company's vision and mission.

    Financial Responsibilities:

    • Drive financial performance by managing budgets, analyzing financial data, and implementing cost-saving initiatives while maximizing revenue opportunities.
    • Works with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure revenue targets are achieved
    • Ensures minimum wastage of materials and food items

    Team Management:

    • Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
    • Evaluate performance by analysing and interpreting data and metrics
    • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
    • Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention.

    Customer Experience:

    • Monitor and enhance the overall customer experience for the restaurants
    • Address escalated customer concerns and implement strategies for customer satisfaction and loyalty

    Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards, including food safety and quality control.
    • Ensure consistency in operations and customer experience across all restaurant locations by monitoring adherence to brand standards and guidelines

    Innovation:

    • Implement and leverage technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of point-of-sale systems and other relevant tools.
    • Promote sustainable practices and initiatives throughout the organization to reduce the overall wastage and food cost

    Vendor Management and Supply Chain:

    • Working closely with vendors to source appropriate raw materials within the target budgets
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, vendors, and industry experts
    • To strengthen the existing Distributor Managements and technology integration.
    • Oversee the supply chain, procurement and inventory management of the region

    Reporting:

    • Operations Head will report to the COO / CEO in this role
    • Regular reporting of information, issues within the department
    • Provide progress updates on a regular basis to all stakeholders

    JOB SPECIFICATIONS

    COMPETENCE (SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED)

    Education –

    Bachelor's or Master's degree

    Work Experience –

    15+ years of experience in managing a multi-outlet restaurant and food chain with at least 5+ years in a management role handling P&L

    Knowledge & Skills –

    · Proven experience in a leadership role in an F&B chain

    · Experience in handling franchise outlets

    · Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics

    · Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities

    · Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills

    · Must have commercial awareness and business orientation

    · Ability to negotiate, influence others and manage teams effectively

    · Good project management skills

    · Ability to make decisions and solve problems independently
