    Description

    Position Overview:

    We are looking for a dedicated and innovative Website Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our website, As a Website Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our website product, from conceptualization and design through development, launch, and ongoing improvement. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our website meets the highest standards of user experience, functionality, and performance, aligning with our company's strategic objectives and user needs.

    Location: Primarily Work from home with physical touchpoints in Bangalore office

    Timings: 4 PM - 1 AM (IST)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and optimize landing pages to maximize conversion and repeat purchase rate.
    • Strategy & Vision: Define the product strategy and roadmap for the website, ensuring it aligns with the overall business goals. Identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
    • Product Development: Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new website features and enhancements. Manage the product backlog and prioritize development efforts based on strategic importance and user impact.
    • User Experience & Design: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the website offers a seamless and intuitive user experience. Continuously assess the website's performance and implement improvements.
    • Market & User Research: Conduct market research and user testing to gather insights into user needs and preferences. Use this data to inform product decisions and improvements.
    • Analytics & Performance: Monitor website analytics to track performance against key metrics. Use data-driven insights to optimize the website for better user engagement, conversion rates, and overall performance.
    • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact for all website-related matters. Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization, including marketing, sales, and technical teams, to ensure alignment and support for website initiatives.
    • Must be willing to regularly work U.S. hours to facilitate productive engagement with U.S.-based team members.

    Qualifications:

    • 2-4 years of experience handling product (tech), preferably in D2C ecosystem. Experience with Shopify is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in website product management, preferably in a similar industry.
    • Strong understanding of web technologies and agile development methodologies.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of using data to make informed decisions.
    • Outstanding communication and leadership abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
    • A passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a keen eye for design.
