    We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships

    Responsibilities:

    • Developing and executing strategies to expand the company's IT business in international markets.
    • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations with clients and other organizations.
    • Managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and delivering high-quality customer service.
    • Conducting market research, analyzing trends and data, and providing insights and recommendations to the management team.
    • Creating and delivering presentations, proposals, and other communication materials to clients and stakeholders.
    • Good understanding about Tech Projects / Resource Augmentation Services
    • Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure effective coordination and alignment of business objectives.

    Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years of experience in IT business development, sales, or a related field.
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
    • Several years of experience in IT business development or sales, with a focus on international markets.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
    • Experience in creating and delivering persuasive presentations and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
    • Familiarity with IT industry trends and technologies, as well as international business practices and regulations.
