    Description

    Role and responsibilities:

    • Hire Chennai local talents
    • Manage and operate Onboarding and Offboarding for Chennai employees
    • Conduct daytoday operations and the facility management
    • Be a first point of contact for Chennai employee inquiries and support needs
    • Responsibly manage vendors and execute costeffective purchases to contribute to overall operational efficiency
    • Collaborate with Tokyo, Bangalore, and the US teams and create an effective and efficient workplace culture in the Chennai office
    • Plan and execute actions to engage employees in the Chennai office and achieve a low turnover rate

    Requirements:

    • Resident of Chennai and willing to work from the office
    • 7+ years of experience in Human Resources and experience as mentioned above, someone with experience in hiring BPO/KPO/ITES industry would be a plus
    • Proficient in English and Tamil language
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
    • Attention to detail and strong task management skills
    • Willing to travel based on job requirements within Chennai
