Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Experience in RA Billing, Sub contractor Billing, Client Billing, and Contractor Billing
• Proficiency in Quantity Surveying (QS)
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in Residential & commercial projects (building)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate billing statements for construction projects
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients for billing related matters
• Verify and approve subcontractor invoices
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and billing deadlines
• Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes
• Maintain billing records and documentation
• Provide timely updates on billing status to stakeholders
