Responsibilities

• Acquisition: Scout, Identify & source new potential retail properties on High Street & Malls throughout North India. Should be familiar with current market rental trends. Strong negotiation skills.
• Lease registration of deals that get closed
• Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
• Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
• Should be willing to travel.

Qualifications

• Any degree
• Minimum 1.5+ years experience in High Street Retail Leasing, experience with IPC gives an added advantage.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills. Should be familiar with PPT & MS Excel.
