    Job Overview

    We are hiring a Primary Teacher to join our team at Podar Education Network. As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young students. You will play a crucial role in their intellectual and social development by delivering educational lessons and activities.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.(B.Ed. or D.Ed. )
    • Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their holistic development.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
    • Patient, empathetic, and nurturing attitude.
    • Knowledge of child development theories and instructional practices.
    • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
    • Organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in using educational technology and digital learning tools.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    Teaching all areas of the primary curriculum prepared by PIC team.

    Proper use of relevant technology to support instruction.

    Prepare required reports on students and activities.

    Update all necessary records accurately and completely as required by Management/School regulations.

    Observe and evaluate student's performance and development of Students.

    Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development.

    Providing student support.

    Counseling students with academic problems and providing student encouragement.

    Taking responsibility for the progress of a class of primary age Students.

    Organizing the classroom to create a positive learning environment.

    Motivating Students.

    To facilitate positive Student development through teaching techniques

    Staying up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum.

    Working with parents and school to maximize their involvement in the school.

    Development of resources for the school.

    Coordinating activities and resources within a specific area of the curriculum.

    Supporting colleagues in the delivery of this specialist area.

    Liaising with colleagues and working flexibly.

    Apply appropriate disciplinary measures where necessary.

    Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the school.

    Maintaining discipline in classroom.

    Attending teachers workshops which is organized by PIC/IT

    • Taking part in school events and activities which may take place at weekends or in the evening.
