    Locations of Posting: Kalinganagar, Odisha.

    Employment Type: Fixed-term contract (Renewal on a yearly basis)

    Purpose of the Role: Skill development of youth leading to gainful employment by catering to the growing skill development needs of youth in its operational areas with consultation with stakeholders and unemployed youths.

    Key Deliverables:

    • Mapping Youth's Aspirations and Demand for Skill Manpower in Identified Geographies.
    • Manage the skill development & Entrepreneurship interventions of the respective regions.
    • Monitoring and providing support to skill centers in lines with defined objectives and outputs.
    • Reaching out to more and more youths for skill development & Entrepreneurship leading to gainful employment.
    • Leverage collaboration with the government for skill development programs at the state & national level.
    • Collaborating with partners by connecting to more employable options.
    • Mobilization of funds for the skill project and other Capacity Building Programmes
    • Maintaining documents, reports, and proposal writing

    Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Social Work Development/ Entrepreneurship or equivalent.

    Minimum No. of years of experience: Upto 3 years (Assistant Manager) / 3-5 years (Manager) with relevant work experience in Skill Development.
