Job Role:
To provide e-mail chat support to the client of the company.
Ensuring customer queries are answered to their satisfaction.
Handling customer complaints and accordingly forwarding them over to a supervisor.
Note:
Candidate Should be residing within 30kms from Airoli.
Requirements
Minimum Qualification:
BA, BCOM, BBA, BMS, BBI, BMM, BMA, BAF (Only 2023 pass out).
Diploma and Technical(BE, BTECH), BSC, BCA graduates please do not apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
Basic or good knowledge of MS Office(excel,word and PowerPoint)
Comfortable with night shifts (US shift timings)
Should have all mark sheets until the last semester of graduation without any backlog/arrears, Aadhar card, and pan card.
The candidate should be fully vaccinated.
