    Job Description: Mechanical CAD Engineer

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a skilled Mechanical CAD Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed designs and drawings for mechanical components and systems using 2D drafting and 3D modeling software. The role involves collaborating with our engineering team to develop innovative solutions and ensure the accuracy and feasibility of designs.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models of mechanical components and systems.
    • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop design concepts and ensure adherence to project specifications.
    • Perform design calculations and analyses to validate the functionality and performance of designs.
    • Generate Bills of Materials (BOMs) and assist in procurement activities.
    • Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
    • Conduct design reviews and participate in team meetings to provide input and feedback on design concepts.
    • Ensure designs comply with industry standards, regulations, and quality requirements.
    • Support manufacturing processes by providing technical assistance and resolving design-related issues.
    • Continuously improve design processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.


    Requirements

    • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
    • Proficiency in 2D drafting and 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
    • Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and design fundamentals.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
    • Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication, pressure vessel design, process pipeline, and machined components.
    • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.

    Skills Required:

    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other relevant software.
    • Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
    • Experience with design analysis and simulation tools (e.g., Finite Element Analysis).
    • Understanding of manufacturing processes and materials selection.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.


    Benefits

    • Salary: From ₹25,000.00 per month.
