    Aiadvanc is a leading Ed tech platform. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue by prospecting, managing, and closing deals with potential clients. You will have the opportunity to work with an innovative team and leverage our industry-leading products to provide customized solutions for businesses across various industries.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify and proactively seek out new business opportunities and target market segments.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and recommending suitable solutions.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and exceeding sales targets.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical support, to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
    • Generate accurate sales reports and forecasts to track performance and drive continuous improvement.

    Requirements

    • Proven track record of success in B2B field sales, with experience in Ed teach sales.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
    • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
    • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address client needs.
    • Experience in the Ed tech is highly desirable.
    • Proficient in using CRM software to track leads, manage contacts, and report on sales activities.
    • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
