Description
This will be an Individual Contributor roleJob Location- HSR Layout, Bangalore (Work from Office, Mon - Fri)Reporting to- CEO / FounderResponsibilities:
Develop and
Execute Sales Strategy:
Create and implement a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy focused on acquiring international clients mainly targeting the US & EMEA region.
Identify key target markets and industries for intelligence pricing solutions.Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in large enterprises, with a focus on international clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of solutions.
Market Analysis and Competitor Research:
Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
Utilise market insights to refine sales strategies and positioning in the international market.
Sales Team Leadership:
Provide coaching and mentorship to sales representatives to enhance their effectiveness in the international sales landscape
Sales Performance Measurement and Reporting:
Provide regular reports to executive leadership on sales performance, opportunities, and challenges
Collaboration with Marketing:
Work with the sales representatives to develop targeted campaigns and materials for international markets.
Provide input on product positioning based on client feedback and market demand.
Contract Negotiation:
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with international clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Collaborate with the CEO to finalise contracts.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Must've experience selling enterprise solutions to international & global clients in IT industry
Experience:
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on international markets.
Previous experience in handling large ticket-size clients.
