    Role Description


    This is a full-time on-site role as an Infrastructure Project Officer at Aris Infra, located in Mumbai and coveringthe West Zone Maharashtra & Gujarat.

    As an Infrastructure Project Officer, you will be responsible for the large/ mega Project Material Management, overseeing and managing infrastructure projects, ensuring their successful completion within budgets and timelines.

    You will collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders, coordinate resources, analyze project data, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.

    Responsibilities


    To act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all the material procurement, and supplies of building materials such as Aggregates, Ready Mix Concrete, Construction Chemicals, and other allied Value Added Products that form a significant proportion of Infrastructure Projects.

    Collaborating between various stakeholders for the select key Infra Mega Projects through regular engagement, visits, and site presence during the whole life span of the project.

    Preparation of a Key Opportunity Plan (KOP) for all products for the selected Mega Projects.

    Building and maintaining a healthy and strong relationship with various officials involved in the projects, understanding their requirements, and playing a proactive role in ensuring meeting the requirements of the project.

    Regular forecasting of material requirements for the subsequent months and quarters.
    Facilitate and support invoice submissions for deliveries and associated documentation pertaining to the projects.

    Facilitate Material Receipt Note (MRN) generation against submitted client invoices.

    Qualifications


    Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering.2 -5 years of experience in large/mega infrastructure project planning, execution, and monitoringStrong project management, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

    Strong techno-commercial acumen.

    Knowledge of construction materials and procurement processesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teamsDetail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Proficiency in project management tools and software such as "PrimaVera", and MS Projects will be an added advantage.

    Experience in the infrastructure and construction industry is preferred
