    Primary Job Responsibilities:
    Oversee the planning, design, implementation, and support of technology solutions in collaboration with the US leadership team.
    Responsible for understanding functional and technical requirements from internal team and/or clients and creating design specifications.

    Engage with the internal team and clients to develop a project plan and keep them informed about the status of their projects & deliverables.

    Maintain a proactive and customer-centric approach in all interactions.

    Serve as a people manager, which includes assigning tasks, delivering company performance reviews and setting goals, leading the hiring process, and training and mentoring team members.

    The team will consist of technical and functional consultants.
    Develop customizations via scripting and integrations using middleware and RESTlets, as defined by specification.
    Perform testing, code reviews, and technical documentation review.
    Debug and troubleshoot issues along with developers and/or clients.
    Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.
    Oversee resource allocation by assigning projects and tasks based on availability and skillsets.
    Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.

    Requirements:

    Minimum of 5 years' NetSuite experience and 7 years' total experience in technologyMust understand NetSuite Standard Process Flows, such as Record to Report, Order to Cash, and Procure to Pay.

    Functional configuration experience is a major plus.
    Minimum of 3 years' end-to-end integration experience with an iPaaS, preferably Celigo.
    Has managed people, defined annual goals, and delivered performance reviews. Hiring experience is a plus.
    Must be able to understand, estimate, plan, manage, and report on team tasks.
    Must be able to communicate effectively with the team and with clients.
    Must be able to work with little supervision.

    Preferred Experience:
    Certificationexperience working in a consulting environmentSQL, data warehousing, and business intelligence experience is a plus
