Description

Job Summary
At ABI Health, we are seeking an experienced Healthcare IT Project Manager to lead the implementation of our Laboratory Information System (LIS) solutions in clinical, research, and diagnostic laboratory environments. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, laboratory workflows, and regulatory requirements, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end implementation of LIS solutions, from planning to go-live and post-implementation support.
Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
Evaluate LIS performance and recommend system enhancements or optimizations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in LIS implementation and project management.
Strong knowledge of laboratory workflows, data management, and regulatory requirements.
