    Overview:

    The HRRecruiter is a crucial role within our organization responsible foridentifying attracting and hiring top talent to meet the companysstaffing needs. This role plays a key part in driving the companysgrowth and success by ensuring that we have a skilled and qualifiedworkforce to meet business objectives.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Collaborate withdepartment managers to identify staffing needs and jobrequirements
    • Source potential candidatesthrough online channels (e.g. social platforms and professionalnetworks)
    • Screen resumes and job applicationsto identify qualified candidates
    • Conductinterviews using various reliable recruiting and selectiontools/methods to filter candidates withinschedule
    • Promote company s reputation as agreat place to work
    • Provide insights andrecommendations on process improvements and bestpractices
    • Communicate with team members andmanagement to ensure a positive hiring experience forcandidates
    • Manage a consistent and highvolumepipeline of candidates
    • Assist in thecoordination and implementation of college recruitinginitiatives
    • Ensure all recruitment activitiesare in compliance with relevant employment laws andregulations
    • Use a variety of recruitingtechniques to identify and engage passivecandidates
    • Participate in job fairs and careerevents
    • Conduct reference and backgroundchecks
    • Negotiate employment offers and prepareemployment contracts
    • Maintain candidatedatabase and manage applicant trackingsystem

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelor s degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or relevantfield
    • Proven work experience as a Recruiter(either an inhouse recruiter or a staffing agencyrecruiter)
    • Solid ability to conduct differenttypes of interviews (structured competencybased stressetc)
    • Familiarity with HR databases ApplicantTracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems(CMS)
    • Handson experience with various selectionprocesses (phone interviewing reference checketc)
    • Outstanding communication andinterpersonal skills
    • Strong decisionmakingskills
    • Ability to maintain the highlyconfidential nature of human resourceswork
    • Knowledge of employment legislation andregulations
    • Ability to work well in a fastpaceddynamic environment
    • Exceptional timemanagementand organizational skills
    • Strong networking andrelationship building skills
    • Proactive andselfmotivated with a resultsdrivenapproach
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suiteand HRISsystems
