- Solid ability to conduct differenttypes of interviews (structured competencybased stressetc)
- Familiarity with HR databases ApplicantTracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems(CMS)
- Handson experience with various selectionprocesses (phone interviewing reference checketc)
- Outstanding communication andinterpersonal skills
