Description
Conduct regular inspections of wovencarbon fiber products to ensure they meet qualityspecifications. Identify and address anydefects or deviations from qualitystandards.Maintenance andTroubleshooting:
Perform routine maintenanceon weaving machines to ensure optimalfunctionality.
Troubleshoot and resolvemechanical issues promptly to minimizedowntime.
SafetyCompliance:
Adhere to all safety protocolsand guidelines to ensure a safe workingenvironment
Report any safety concerns orincidentspromptlyRequirements:
Proven experience as a Carbon Weaving Machine Operator or similarrole. Preferred to have 45 years of experienceincarbon fiber weavingoperations Knowledge of carbon fibermaterials and weaving processes. Technicalproficiency in operating and maintaining weavingmachinery. Strong attention to detail andquality control. Ability to read andinterpret technical drawings andspecifications. Excellent problemsolving andtroubleshooting skills. Commitment to safetyprotocols and guidelines. Physical staminaand ability to lift and move materials asneeded.
Education andCertification:
DiplomaMechanical/ TextilefreshersHigh school diplomaor equivalent.
