    Our client a leading worker-owned home healthcare agency located in California

    Job Title: Human Resource Manager

    Location: Ahmedabad, India

    Work Hours : : 9 pm to 6 am (Night Shift)

    Weeks days: 5 days

    Responsibilities

    1.Talent Acquisition: Creating and implementing effective recruitment and hiring processes to attract high quality, diverse talent, including

    a.Outlining the responsibilities, qualifications, and expectations for each role to attract suitable candidates

    b.Recruiting candidates through multiple channels to create a robust talent pipeline

    c. Designing and managing an interview process that evaluates candidates equitably and effectively assesses their capabilities for the role

    2. Onboarding and Training Programs

    a. Designing and executing a comprehensive onboarding program, including digital collection of employee files

    b. Regularly maintaining current digital employee files and supporting records

    c. Designing and facilitating training initiatives to ensure that the new hires feel welcome and equipped to manage their responsibilities

    d. Working with team leads to design and facilitate skills development opportunities for all employees

    3. Employee Retention

    a. Creating strategies to support higher retention rates and reduce churn

    b. Implementing initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and engagement

    c. Conducting exit interviews, analyzing employee feedback, and proactively addressing any issues or concerns raised by employees

    d. Managing a thorough offboarding process for all departing employees

    4. Compensation and Benefits

    a. Managing competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain diverse, talented employees

    b. Benchmarking salaries to ensure employees are appropriately compensated for their skills and contributions, and paid equitably across the organization

    5. Performance Management

    a. Creating regular systems to deliver performance feedback to employees

    b. Supporting Team Leads in evaluating employee performance to determine performance bonuses and raises

    c. Supporting Team Leads in creating Performance Improvement Plans and monitoring progress when employees are not performing well

    d. Managing termination conversations

    6. Attendance and Payroll

    a. Developing and implementing policies and interventions to incentivize good attendance and discipline poor attendance

    b. Maintaining up-to-date records of employee attendance, PTO, and holiday accrual and usage

    c. Reviewing and approving leave requests with Team Leads and SMEs

    d. Applying attendance and compensation data to process monthly payroll

    7. Work Culture

    a. Actively shaping a culture of excellence that promotes high quality, efficient work and drives positive business outcomes

    b. Regularly soliciting and responding to regular employee feedback

    c. Designing and implementing programs to motivate employees, such as reward or recognition programs

    d. Integrating effective practices of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to ensure all employees feel safe and supported regardless of their race, ethnicity, age, gender, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, disability, economic status and other identities

    e. Regularly assessing and directing the work culture to ensure it aligns with themorganizations mission and vision

    Requirements

    • Masters degree or Bachelors degree in Human Resources
    • Strong written and verbal English communication
    • Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Gmail) and Human
    • Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
    • Knowledge of compensation strategy, performance management, employee relations,
    • safety practices and talent acquisition, and the ability to apply this information in a manner that is compliant with relevant employment law
    • Experience creating a culture of engagement, collaboration and teamwork
    • Ability to compile and analyze employment data to guide strategic planning
    • Strong alignment with the mission and values of our employee-owned cooperative, and a passion for contributing to a company that is dedicated to making a positive impact onsociety
