Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Procurement Executive to join our Furniture and Fabrication team. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing materials, furniture, and fabrication services, managing supplier relationships, and negotiating contracts to support our company's operational needs. This role requires a blend of market knowledge, negotiation skills, and an understanding of design trends within the furniture and fabrication industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential suppliers and partners in the Interior sectors.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company objectives, focusing on cost-efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers, ensuring favorable conditions for the company.
• Manage the entire procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely delivery of furniture and materials.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring adherence to agreed standards and timelines.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, new products, and technologies in the furniture and fabrication sectors.
• Handle administrative tasks related to procurement, including maintaining records of purchases, contracts, and performance reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in the furniture or fabrication industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Interior work is important.
