In this role, you will be crucial to ensuring that all content meets our high standards for quality, accuracy, and compliance. This position is ideal for a candidate with excellent communication skills who can work methodically and accurately, taking corrective measures to ensure our content is polished and error-free.

What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities

• Closely monitor and examine each stage of the entire production process to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Proofread and segregate posts in accordance with our written quality procedures.
• Ensure that all team members follow documented procedures and standards to maintain high-quality output.
• Decline posts that are poor in quality, provide constructive feedback to the responsible team members, and ensure that all errors are rectified.
• Interact effectively with colleagues and leadership to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Maintain and ensure the overall quality of the website and its content.

What You Will Bring: Qualifications

Education:

• A BA or MA in English Literature.
• A BA or MA in Mass Communications.
