The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Servicenow, Remedy, EMC, ITAM, Jira, and ServiceNow Development. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.     Qualifications and Skills

    • 4 to 6 years of experience in ServiceNow development
    • Strong knowledge of Servicenow, Remedy, EMC, ITAM, Jira
    • Experience in ServiceNow application customization and configuration
    • Working knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Good communication and collaboration abilities
    • ServiceNow Developer certification is a plus

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
    • Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and UI policies
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
    • Create and configure ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and service catalogs
    • Perform system testing and assist in user acceptance testing
    • Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues
    • Stay updated with ServiceNow best practices and new features
    • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers
