We are looking for a Travel Sales Executive to manage customer inquiries and coordinate bookings for our resorts and homestays.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates and candidates with 0 to 4 years of experience who are passionate about hospitality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities*Handle customer inquiries and share complete property details
*Assist with bookings, availability checks, and pricing information
*Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed reservations
*Maintain accurate booking records and update reservation systems
*Provide professional support via phone, email, and chat
Skills & Qualifications
*Freshers or candidates with 0-4 years of experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Team player with a quick learning ability
Location - Kochi / Calicut
