Key Roles &ResponsibilitiesPrepare marine and nonmarine tenders and costestimates; Performestimating tasks as assigned ensuring that the estimating servicesprovided would enhance the companys image as being a full serviceprovider and competitively pricedcontractor; Reviewinspect clarify interpret and develop detailed scope of work forevery project/job enquired by theclient; Preparequotations based on clients repairs specifications visit thesites/vessels for estimating the job scope prior to preparingquotes. Prepare technical tender specifications and forward toManager Estimation &Invoicing; Monitorthe given job in progress with the estimated time frame andbudgeted cost &plan; Seek cost /estimate for materials and specialist / subcontractorsjobs; Visit onboardship / work site for work follow up and preparation of additionalquotes/Invoicing on dailybasis; Prepare andsubmit daily update cost to client for majorprojects; Finalizerepair invoices with owner prior to departure ofvessel; Preparedraft invoice with details pertaining to quoted prices actualbooking cost cost incurred and forward to Manager Estimation&Invoicing;Coordinate with other departments within the Company for issuesrelating to all kinds of resource plans for cost estimation ofjobs; Coordinatewith the sales team to meet the customerexpectation;Perform any other duties assigned by Manager Estimation &Invoicing and V.P. Shipyard.

5 10years experience in estimation and invoicing inShipyards
