    The Role:

    Is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Business Development Associate to join our team. As an Associate, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of business development, from prospecting and lead generation to client relationship management and sales strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to grow their skills and make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

    Responsibilities

    1. Learn and understand the agency's products, services, and target market to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients
    2. Identifying and researching prospective clients and industries to generate leads and build a pipeline of opportunities
    3. Support the business development team in preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials tailored to the needs of prospective clients
    4. Participate in client meetings and presentations, gaining exposure to the sales process and learning how to effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and objectives
    5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and operations, to develop solutions that meet client requirements and drive business growth
    6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve

    Qualifications

    1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
    2. Strong interest in sales and business development, with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
    3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
    4. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
    5. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving goals

    Location: Shahpurjat, Delhi

    Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Except 1st and 3rd Saturdays)

    Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
