    Business Banking Working Capital Relationship Manager (RM)

    Job Purpose:

    We are seeking an experienced Business Banking Working Capital Sales and Service portfolio professional to join our team. As a Business Banking Working Capital RM, you will be responsible for acquiring new asset relationships through various channels and managing a portfolio of 30-40 business banking groups (BBG) customers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Achieve overall business targets on volumes and profitability for BBG customers
    • Regularly interact with branches for lead generation, updates on leads in CRM, and ensure conversions following the complete lead conversion process
    • Market scope and identify potential customers with wallet share for all BBG customers and product penetration strategy jointly with branch banking teams
    • Follow the laid-down sales process, updating regular client calls for both existing and prospective clients, in a structured manner either individually or with support groups, branches, or supervisors
    • Update calls in CRM systems for future guidance and monitoring of accounts and assign tasks & leads to other departments
    • Monthly review with product groups and supervisors to ensure better product penetration
    • Improve yield for the Bank to achieve a strong Return on Capital at the RM portfolio level
    • Ensure cross-selling of complete liabilities, corporate salary accounts, other asset products, and Treasury Products to existing Relationships and its raised group accounts
    • Increase IPH and CTG to ensure revenue maximization

    Customer Relationship Management:

    • BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CUSTOMERS
    • CLIENT SATISFACTION AND TAKE CARE OF ALL BANKING NEEDS OF THE CUSTOMER
    • PREPARE CUSTOMER PROFILING SHEET AND IDENTIFY CROSS SELL AND REVENUE INCREASING OPPORTUNITIES
    • CUSTOMER NEGOTIATION ON RATES AND OTHER ISSUES RELATING TO CHARGES
    • DAILY SERVICING OF CUSTOMER W.R.T CHEQUE REFERRALS, CUSTOMER QUERIES RELATED TO BANKING, ISSUANCE OF CHEQUE BOOKS, MANAGING CASH DEPOSITION / WITHDRAWAL ISSUES, SOLVENCY CERTIFICATES, TRADE & FX TRANSACTION, ETC.
    • Maintain high-level client satisfaction

    Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Working Capital Sales and Service portfolio in a Private Sector Bank. Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
