Job Summary

The Role & Responsibilities include ATM Uptime Management Monitor and manage First Level Maintenance (FLM) activities ensuring quick response to ATM incidents Track and report ATM uptime performance against SLA commitments Coordinate with IMSC field engineers vendor partners to minimize service disruptions Cash Loading Evacuation Ensure smooth coordination with Cash Replenishment Agencies CRA for loading evacuation of cash Escalate resolve discrepancies related to CIT CRA operations Relationship Management Client Engagement Serve as single point of contact for client banks operational issues escalations Conduct periodic review meetings discuss performance SLA adherence service improvements Build maintain strong relationships client stakeholders enhance customer satisfaction Provide proactive insights recommendations improve ATM availability efficiency Financial Management Ensure timely preparation submission invoices line contractual terms Track collections follow up with client banks timely payment realization Coordinate Finance Operations teams resolve disputes billing collections Projects Service Enhancements Collaborate internal teams Operations Vendor Management Cash Management smooth execution client projects Preferred candidate profile Graduation any field 3-5 years experience relationship management client relations BSFI sector
