- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders in the fleet business and manage their expectations effectively.
- Understand fleet owners' business needs, provide consultative solutions, and align company offerings accordingly.
- Identify opportunities for business growth within the fleet owner segment and provide insights to the sales team.
- Keep a close watch on market trends, competition, and strategic business shifts to maintain a competitive edge.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert on the company's products and services, ensuring customers derive maximum value.
- Train fleet owners and their teams on product utilization and adoption.
- Develop and execute account success plans to maximize product usage, customer retention, and repeat business.
- Work with data analytic to provide actionable insights that help fleet owners optimize their operations.
- Handle escalations and resolve client concerns promptly, ensuring long-term satisfaction and engagement.
- A graduate from a reputable institution (B.Tech preferred) with 1-2 years of relevant client or account management experience.
- Previous experience in fleet management, transport, logistics, telematics, or B2B SaaS sectors is highly desirable.
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English, with excellent presentation abilities.
- Problem-solving and analytical mindset with a keen ability to understand operational challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed and work from client locations on regular basis.

Role Overview:
The Customer Success Associate will report to the Head of FO vertical and act as a bridge between fleet owners and the company. This role will be responsible for managing the entire customer life-cycle—from on-boarding to retention—while ensuring business growth and high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in fleet management, transportation, or cement / automobile related sectors such as telematics, logistics, and transportation.
