We are hiring a Guest House Supervisor. As a Guest House Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our guest house and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests. The role will be based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience as a Guest House Supervisor or similar role
• Proven experience in managing a team and overseeing guest house operations
• Experience of food preparation, cooking techniques, and restaurant service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility to work in shifts and handle guest inquiries or issues outside of regular working hours

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the guest house, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to quality standards
• Experience in Cooking indian dishes, Cocktail, soft drinks preparation.
• Manage and schedule staff, waiters, and housekeeping personnel
• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or complaints
• Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service
• Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and furniture, and place orders as necessary
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations
• Inspect rooms and common areas for cleanliness and functionality
• Assist in budgeting and financial management, including monitoring expenses and revenue
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repairs
• Train and supervise staff to uphold high standards of professionalism and guest service
