Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Balaji Steel Industries in New Delhi. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as communication with customers, providing excellent customer service, managing sales activities, conducting training sessions, and overseeing sales operations. IT IS AN ON-SITE FOOT JOB.

Pay scale- 18k- 25k + incentives (Based on experience)

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE IN HARDWARE WINDOW AND DOOR FITTING IS A MUST

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Proven experience in marketing and sales management

Strong training and presentation skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers

Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
