    Description

    Role & Responsibilities:

    • Preparing presentations for board meetings, company events, or conferences
    • Monitoring financial markets to identify potential opportunities or risks for the company's business
    • Communicating with company executives and other stakeholders such as shareholders, analysts, journalists, and bloggers
    • Market and Segment analyses - researching and analyzing industry trends and competitor activity
    • Investor Database management and reporting – e.g., Investor relations campaign management and analyses, target dossiers management, meeting records, intel to senior management,
    • Writing press releases announcing new products or services, executive appointments or departures, regulatory changes, legal settlements, or other events that may affect a company's reputation or share price
    • Providing updates on a company's strategic proposition, financial performance, including quarterly earnings reports, presentations to investors, and blogs about recent developments in the industry
    • Communicating with shareholders and institutional investors to answer questions about a company's performance or to enquire on any developments at macro and/or at company level.
    • Developing and implementing communication strategies that help build positive relationships between the company and its various investor community stakeholders.

    Desired Skills:

    • The candidate should have proven skills with 12+ years experience of managing above similar set of activities –
    • Candidate to be well connected in the IR community – at sell side analysts as well as institutional investors
    • Strong communication skills – (English) - verbal and written
    • Understanding of stakeholder expectations and translation of the same to tangible and measurable deliverables
    • Flexible and collaborative in approach.
    • Bachelors and/or Masters and/or PG Diploma in Finance and/or Equity or Capital Markets
