About the Role

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Head-Hunt New Business: Identify, target, and onboard new clients who fit our enterprise-level CPaaS solutions. Focus on large-ticket deals of ₹25 lakhs+ and drive revenue growth.
Client Acquisition: Develop a strong sales pipeline by actively hunting for opportunities across industries (BFSI, Retail, Media, etc.) and pitching our products:
· Helo Campaigns
· Helo Conversations
· Helo Shortify
Lead the Sales Cycle: From the first cold call to closing the deal—own it all. Conduct engaging client meetings, pitch presentations, and demos, and finalize negotiations with high-value decision-makers.
Relationship Building: Build trusted partnerships with new clients while ensuring seamless onboarding. Be their go-to contact for all requirements.
Market Research: Stay ahead by identifying new opportunities, market trends, and competitor strategies.
Strategize for Growth: Create customized sales strategies, forecasts, and reports to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Revenue Impact: Drive large-ticket deals and consistently contribute to quarterly and annual business growth targets.
Growth Driver: Work towards set targets for account expansion and retention, ensuring value addition for both the client and VivaConnect.
Insights & Strategy: Develop data-driven strategies to improve client engagement, track KPIs, and share regular updates on performance.

Knowledge & Skill-set Required
Experience:
• 4-7 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Acquisition.
• Proven expertise in closing large-ticket deals ( Minimum ₹25+ lakhs).
• Experience in tech-based solutions like CPaaS, A2P Messaging, or Enterprise SaaS products is a big plus.
Skills:
• Strong client-hunting skills—finding, connecting, and onboarding key decision-makers.
• Exceptional negotiation and closing abilities to land high-value business.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage CXO-level executives.
• Strategic mindset to drive revenue growth and identify new opportunities.
