Tuetal is currently in search of a highly skilled and experienced Subject-matter-expert to join our dynamic team. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in developing video solutions for academic problems ranging from high school to graduation levels, utilizing state-of-the-art technology.
One should have excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as a strong commitment to fairness and employee development.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Provide clear and compelling video explanations for assigned questions.
2. Utilize digital writing tools such as Microsoft OneNote/PowerPoint to articulate solutions.
3. Employ screen recording tools to capture explanations while digitally presenting solutions.
4. Emphasize attention to detail over volume in content creation.
5. Collaborate with fellow Subject Matter Experts to ensure the accuracy and quality of solutions.
Requirements:
1. Proficiency in subjects such as physics, chemistry, mathematics, and biology up to graduation level.
2. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, coupled with a deep understanding of subject concepts and principles.
3. Possession of a quality pentab and a collar microphone.
4. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
5. Demonstrated ability to meet project deadlines.
Guidelines:
a. Solutions must be conceptually correct, concise, highly informative, and detailed.
b. Willingness to revise videos if the quality does not meet the set standards.
c. Maintain a courteous and collaborative approach with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Stipend:
Upon successful completion of the demo test and a one-on-one personality interview, candidates can anticipate a stipend ranging from 20-30 INR per approved video solution.
