    A leading firm that serves as an India's leading omni-retail suite, built by the pioneers behind the country's first integrated retail-specific ERP is looking to hire a QA Architect (B2B SaaS, ERP).

    QA Architect (B2B SaaS, ERP)
    Industry - Software/IT

    Work Mode - ONSITE (Workdays - 5 days a week)

    Role & Responsibilities

    You'll be the architect and guardian of quality across the firm One's product suite. You'll work alongside product dev, QA, and PM teams to proactively define, advocate, and scale a best-in-class testing ethos.

    Key Responsibilities

    Define own testing strategy for G1 suite of products across ERP, POS, Zwing, Browntape, Reporting products.
    Lead end-to-end test execution across manual, automation, performance, and security domains.
    Design and implement test automation frameworks selection, guidelines, metrics, CI/CD integration.
    Collaborate with PMs, engineers, DevOps to integrate quality measures into the pipeline, from sprint backlog to release.
    Foster quality culture via QA guilds, retrospectives, cross functional workshops, knowledge sharing.
    Establish quality KPIs (e.g., defect leakage, automation coverage, test pass rates) and report to CTO and Leadership.
    Monitor and improve test effectiveness with metrics, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
    Mentor QA engineers upskill for best practices, tooling, automation techniques.
    Ensure compliance and readiness for external audits, regulatory requirements and production rollouts.

    Ideal Candidate

    B.E. / B Tech from a reputed institute with 12 15 years of experience
    7+ years of leading testing programs in B2B SaaS/microservices environments.
    Strong domain knowledge across ERP/POS/OMS/domainspecific systems.
    Expertise in automation frameworks (Robot framework).
    Skilled in performance/security testing tools (JMeter, Locust, OWASP ZAP).
    Familiarity with CI/CD platforms (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
    Proven ability to build strong collaboratives across QA, PM, and engineering.
    Direct experience with quality metrics and organisational improvement initiatives.
    Excellent communication able to translate strategic vision into actionable roadmaps.

    Mandatory Requirements

    Must have exp. as Strong QA Leader/ Test Manager / QA Architect
    Must have 12+ years of overall IT experience in Quality Assurance / Testing roles.
    Must have experience owning end-to-end testing strategy for product platforms, covering Manual, Automation, Performance, and Security testing
    Must have 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS preferably working in microservices-driven environments in testing
    Must have 3+ years of leadership experience managing 5-6 members in QA / Testing teams.
    Must have hands-on experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks. (Robot Framework experience is highly preferred)
    Must have hands-on exposure to CI/CD integration of automated tests using tools such as Azure DevOps / Jenkins / GitHub Actions
    Must have experience in at least one of the following domains: ERP / POS / OMS (any one is mandatory; ERP is a strong plus)
    Must be B2B SaaS companies
    Must be based in Gurgaon or nearby locations

    Preferred Requirements


    Candidates who have worked on products from scratch and have seen the entire SDLC end-to-end (requirement development testing release production) are preferred.

    Preferred (Certification) : QA certifications such as ISTQB, CQM, or equivalent are a plus.
