Cyient is currently dealing with projects in offshore Oil & Gas projects, Process plants, in this process we are looking for multiple roles in Piping field with experience range of 8 to 14 years.

• The candidate shall have min 4 years of offshore experience in his entire experience.
• Roles we are looking for checker with handons experience in offshore layout and offshore Piping with good knowledge of codes and standards, best practices using the tools like E3D, PDMS, S3D and Autocad.
• Brownfield experience is mandate for the Senior piping Designer
• Required qualifications:
• Diploma of engineering or equivalent in mechanical/Piping
• 8-14 years of experience
• Roles and responsibilities:
• Apply recognized offshore engineering practices applicable to piping design and topside/plant layout.
• Apply good interpersonal skills, liaising with members of other disciplines and departments.
• Apply an awareness and willingness to work as a team member
• Quality Assurance – work within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance systems.
• Safety – Responsible for personal safety and working within the Occupational Health & Safety procedures.
• Able to work on 3D software and generate the drawings and do updates
• Work independently
• Allot work to team and check the progress
• Review and check the Piping deliverables
• Should be able to relocate to Hyderabad (preferred) or Mumbai or Pune.
• Able to work in tools PDMS/E3D/S3D with AutoCAD
• Apply recognized offshore engineering practices (min 4 years in his overall experience) applicable to piping design and topside/plant layout.
• Apply good interpersonal skills, liaising with members of other disciplines and departments.
• Familiar with the prime drivers related to offshore topsides layout design
• A thorough knowledge of the codes and standards and a good understanding of offshore engineering practices applicable to topsides piping design for oil and gas facilities.
• A member of a piping design team on at least two major offshore projects with a recognized company within the Oil & Gas Industry
• A minimum of 7 years experience as a user of the 3D CAD modelling and 2D drafting system applicable to piping layout and design. gained with design contractors and/or oil/gas companies within the petrochemical industry particularly with respect to offshore oil and gas installations.
• A committed team player able to work on own initiative with the minimum of supervision
• Exposure to fabrication, construction, and installation activities although detailed involvement is not essential.
