Hiring SAP Concur Consultant

Experience Level : 5+ yrs

Location : Remote/Pan India

Budget : Open / Best in the Market

Experience in the design, creation of specifications, system configuration, testing, documentation, implementation, and maintenance of solutions that support business requirements using Concur, including Travel, Expense, Request, Native Integration, Webservices, Mobile, Cognos etc.

• 5 years recent experience administering the SAP Concur Travel & Expense platform, other Travel and Expense Management software solution or other Technical Support role interfacing with stakeholders.

• Hands on Experience of managing user base across in multiple regions.

• Should have bandwidth and exposure to interact and work with Global stakeholders' interaction & management

• Must have strong English oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact with associates across all levels of the organization / across all regions.

• Analytical, logic and critical thinking skills with the ability to collect, organize, synthesize, and analyse data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and make recommendations from disparate data sources.

• End to End Credit Card Program Administration

• Own and be responsible for auditing of expense report and direct follow up with associates regarding violations of policy, resolution of issues, or questions regarding the deployed Credit Card and expense management programs.

• Identifies, documents, and escalates issues to P2P management to work with Human Resources, Senior Management, and Internal Audit regarding serious violations of policy or fraud. Strict confidentiality is required

• Effectively communicate with employees at all the organization to support adherence to T&E, and Finance policies.

• Project experience as project lead. Analytical skills, structured way of working. A high level of independence and initiative. Teamwork, reliability, and flexibility. should have ticketing tool experience like service now or jeera or HP ALM.
