- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 2-6 years of experience in Finance department of IT domain.
- Prior experience working as an Accounting Officer or a similar position in the Accounting Department.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
- Familiarity of working with accounting software such as Tally ERP 9,and QuickBooks.
- Understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment as and when required.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail for accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Good time management abilities.
- Investigating financial transactions and records on a daily basis.
- Managing financial records in compliance with tax and accounting laws
- Analysing account activities of various other departments of the organization
- Reviewing incoming invoices and process for payment release as per due date
- Working in collaboration with External Auditors, and other Accountants
- Making payments to various service providers
- Preparing and updating account payables
- Evaluating internal control systems and providing necessary suggestions
- Preparing financial reports and presenting it to the higher management
- Collection of Invoices & Timesheets – Vendor-C2C Resources
- Generating & sharing US & UK AR reports weekly
- Posting Vendor bulk payment entries
- Vendor Reconciliations
- Posting payroll entries for W2 employees semi-monthly
- Collection & updating of payroll data for Quarterly commissions working - Recruiter-wise
- Working & Sending Bulk load of annual 1099 forms
