- Create detailed 3D models from conceptual designs or references mainly to be used in Virtual reality environment.
- Optimize models for performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with artists, designers, and developers to ensure seamless integration of 3D assets into projects.
- Implement textures, materials, lighting, and animations to enhance the realism of the models.
- Test and debug 3D assets to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in 3D modelling techniques.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines.
- Document the development process and provide technical support when needed.
- Minimum 2 years experience in 3D modelling software such as Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max.
- Strong experience with Polygon based 3D Software such as Blender.
- Basic experience in standard CAD software.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or JavaScript is a plus.
- Strong understanding of rendering techniques and shader development.
- Familiarity with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine is desired.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- A portfolio showcasing previous 3D modelling projects is required.
- This role is based out of Chennai location and remote working is only possible to an extent.
