Experience: 7 Years of relevant experience
Job Responsibilities:
o Learning & Development :
Identification, Design, Delivery & Management of Customer Service & Behavioral Training programs.
Assist with implementation and measurement of Training outcomes.
Track Functional Training to ensure compliance.
o Service Orientation :
Align learning and implementation of service delivery to the Organisation's Service Goals.
o Organisation Development Initiatives:
Identify people potential and facilitate development through structured learning schedules including enrollment for enhanced programs at reputed B schools; track progress against specific milestones.
Encourage alternate learning methods such as coaching, shadowing, buddy system, mentoring - to support the classroom learning.
Facilitate a sustained high performance culture through defined initiatives.
o Engagement:
Design and facilitate engagement activities as per calendar
Drive the communication calendar effectively
Education
Graduate; post graduate preferred.
