In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital).

    Key Role:

  • Driving usage & retention and increasing the wallet & revenue share from existing and new Merchants.
  • Account Management – Managing key OEMs for driving affordability business.
  • Team Management – Able to lead the Usage team(off-roll) for maximizing the Razorpay POS wallet share from key merchant outlets.
  • Key Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Should have excellent Interpersonal skills
  • Should have a good understanding of the Distribution led channel business
  • Be able to develop a relationship with key retailers and franchisees as customers to drive the transactions
  • Should have a good understanding of the Brand's Retail operations including Sell-out managements. (Ex: In CDIT Category - LAVA, OPPO, VIVO, Voltas, LG, HP, Dell Etc.. Other Category experience a Plus)
  • Understand existing solutions being provided to the Brands Regional team and keep them updated about current volume being processed through us
  • Responsible for on time execution
  • Ensure inter departmental coordination for issue resolution within the TAT
  • Ensure timely inputs on Market intelligence viz-a-viz competition
  • Represent the Brands to the banks & ensure continuous joint activations
  • Act as the single point of contact for Brands regional team for any business opportunity
  • Should have strong understanding Microsoft Excel and Power point.
  • Be ready to travel extensively within the city & other assigned territories outside the base city.
