Knowledge/Skill: Certifications and Specializations - MCSE, CCNP, similar Networking, Storage (Qnap / Synology), Database, Nutanix, Virtualization, Cloud and Cyber-Security Certifications, ITIL, VAPT (Any Tool)Etc...

Job Experience:

Experience of specialist technical experience, within a business IT environment.

Knowledge/Skills: Multi-year enterprise experience managing and operating all or most of the following technologies - networking, storage, database, Windows OS and Active Directory, Application Performance Monitoring, Orchestration tools, collaboration tools, Jira, service desk, cybersecurity, virtualization, device management solutions, modern workplace, printing and imaging, cloud infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS), etc.

Application Support, Development, ERP, Manufacturing operations Support,

Additional skills: Nutanix, Meraki Switch and Access Point, Linux.

VMWARE, Firewall, EDR, ISO 27001 Cyber security.

JOB DETAIL

The Technical Service Specialist / Sr System Administrator, IT is responsible for providing day-to-day operational support and maintenance to the IT network and Cybersecurity layers.

IT person is responsible for the reliability, availability, and security of all corporate infrastructure especially the networking infrastructure and security framework.

Additional Requirement: Highlighted Skills are mandatory for the Role and Candidates from Manufacturing backgrounds are preferred.
