Acquisition to be based in west India.

Below are the specifications of the job :

Primary Responsibilities :

Budgeting, planning and resourcing (across levels and locations for sales & non sales).

Also handling leadership hiring.

- Talent Engagement and management - on-boarding, allocating the resources, manpower planning (movement of resources in different roles by identifying their skill & potential and retention of resources which have high potential).

Realignment of organization structure for the corporate functions with the overall goal of the organization.

Streamlining processes in recruitment like Employee Referral Policy, SOP, SLA and vendor's management, Developing Robust Employee requisition.

Mapping of employees during restructuring of the organization, handling exit interviews.

Skills and Competencies :

Presentation & Negotiation skills

Understanding of right selection methodology and contracts

Regular Management reporting and metrics
