    • Recruitingand building a highperforming distribution network to FinancialConsultants(FCs)
    • Trainingmotivating and driving these certified financial consultants(agents) to sellinsurance
    • Meetingprospective customers with FCs to sell insurancesolutions
    • Providingpreand postsales support (e.g. claimsettlement)
    • Ensuringquality of business and persistency (renewals ofpremium)
    • EnablingFCs to use the latest digitalplatforms
