    Description
    1. Overall responsible for end-to-end Project Planning & Monitoring.
    2. Preparation of Baseline /revised schedules (post Tender) including but not limited to Scope of Work Statement, WBS, Physical and Financial Progress along with S-Curve.
    3. To devise resource plan including Manpower, Machinery and Material to achieve timely project completion with optimal resources.
    4. Updating/Tracking of Baseline/Revised Schedules including Critical Issues /Red Flag Clauses and assist CMC to prepare various Time and Cost Claims.
      • Preparation of 1 month and 3 months look ahead Work Program and 3month major material requirements.
    5. Preparation of P&M MIS including but not limited to MPR, DPR, Dashboard, Land acquisition & hindrances status updates etc.
    6. Revision of Work Program and preparation of EOT proposals for client submission.
    7. Handling of correspondence from IE/AE and Concessionaire,
    8. Coordination with inter department for expedite the deliverable regarding Design & Drawing, Procurement.
    9. Preparation and updating critical issues log, assessment of impact of various issues on account of client deliverables on project Progress.
    10. Preparation of Time Cycle of various activities of Highway and Structure works.
    11. To prepare revenue i.e. physical and financial plan, Cash Flow as per resource and revenue plan
    12. Preparation of comparative reports of standard and actual time cycles of various activities.
    13. Daily/Weekly Project Review Meetings with management
