    Operational Excellence Framework

    Key Responsibilities

    • Create and update intranet pages to share portfolio content with colleagues across the company.
    • Maintain the portfolio portal on our SharePoint site.
    • Support Portfolio Marketing Managers in creating and formatting marketing content, including PowerPoint slides and Word documents.
    • Research and compile management and reporting information through relevant business tools to provide accurate and current data for our intranet and news pages.
    • Manage the process for content translation and review.
    • Collate statistics across solution areas to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities.
    • Support and manage projects and programmes of work on behalf of the Portfolio Marketing team, taking on the role of project manager as needed.
    • Prioritise and coordinate your own work schedule to meet business and customer needs and deadlines.
    • Communicate with various stakeholders at different levels to meet business and customer requirements.
    • Coordinate and manage Portfolio Marketing meetings and events as directed by individual Portfolio Marketing managers.

    Requirements

    • A proactive attitude to get things completed on time.
    • Technical Content writer with 1-3 years of experience.
    • Excellent PowerPoint and SharePoint skills, along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Applications.
    • Ability to plan and organise your own workload.
    • Skills to provide high standards of customer service.
    • Exceptional administrative experience, including attention to detail and accuracy of data for reporting.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, literacy, and numeracy skills, along with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
    • Useful but not essential: Knowledge of Computacenter's technology solution areas, project management experience, and multi-lingual skills (French and/or German).
