    The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

    Responsibilities

    • Closely with all stakeholders to build strong project funnel & OB conversion.
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to effectively engage with system integrators, brand partner, consultants, and end customers.
    • Technical Competency- Participate in all assigned training modules to gain product knowledge.
    • Work with product managers and brand representatives to understand product features, technical specifications, and roadmap plans, and communicate these effectively to System Integrator, consultants & other stakeholders.
    • Collaborate closely with brand partners/OEMs to cultivate strong partnerships and optimize synergies that drive revenue growth and enhance the value proposition of our products and services.
    • Work closely with the sales team to craft and implement revenue-focused sales strategies that capitalize on the unique strengths of our products and services in the marketplace.
    • Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and workshops with system integrators, consultants, and end customers to showcase our products and services, address inquiries, and gather feedback.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreement with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and achieve revenue targets.
    • Act as a liaison between the sales team and product managers to ensure clear communication and alignment on customer needs, product enhancements, and development priorities.
    • Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management on project funnel, sales activities, performance by brand, and business development initiatives.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's in engineering or MBA or equivalent experience
    • Strong understanding of sales processes, product management principles, and customer relationship
    • Products: Security, IT Peripherals, Building Automation, Barcode Products (AIDC), ID Card Printers accessories/ adjacent product line
    • Proven experience (8-10 Years) in business development, sales, or account management roles, with exposure to working directly with consultants and end customers on projects, preferably in the electronic security industry.
